Shipping Information

Due to the time, cost, conversion of currency, foreign postal service, customs & duties, etcetera, we will fulfill international orders on a per order basis, at the sole discretion of the Shipping Manager. All international orders are subject to a $50.00 USD MINIMUM CHARGE, and will be given due consideration. We ship all international orders via Fedex and in some cases we will have to ship with another carrier as the Fedex shipping lane is just too expensive.  There is no notification sent out and the price of shipping will be the same; if you do not want us to ship with another company please let us know when placing the order.  You will receive Global Tracking sent to your regularly checked email address with all shipping companies that we work with.  Also orders may be repackaged not in the original box to save you money on shipping charges. Shipping rates are calculated based on actual and dimensional weights. Certain countries/cities have an Extended Surcharge and there will be a forwarding charge in addition to the rates listed. web site to see if your country/city applies. Your order confirmation (the one you receive at your email address after placing your order) will be reworked by our shipping department to the appropriate level of service based on where the package is being shipped. Currently, all orders are confirmed with UPS-Ground Shipment Level of Service to USA 48 contiguous states. If necessary, orders are manually modified to the appropriate level of service after receipt of your order. You will be notified via e-mail, and, if you approve the changes, the order will be shipped accordingly. 

Please note for International orders there is a time delay due to the time it takes for the bank to reply with the address verification and authorization for the credit card that has been supplied.
